# Resetting my password

## I can't reset my password.

Kindly proceed to the [Password Reset form](https://www.authentickratom.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/). Click on the "[Forgot Your Password](https://www.authentickratom.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/)" option and provide the requested information to initiate the password reset process. After submitting the details, please monitor your inbox for the email containing the password reset instructions.

It's important to note that occasionally, the password reset email might mistakenly land in your Spam or Junk folder. It's advisable to thoroughly check these folders to ensure you don't miss the email.

If you have searched through both your inbox and spam folder but haven't found the email, this suggests that you may not have an existing account with us. Notably, any previous orders made were done as guest transactions on our website.

Should this be the case, we recommend [creating an account](https://www.authentickratom.com/customer/account/create/) with us. Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be able to associate all your previous guest orders with the newly created account for a comprehensive overview.
