I can't find an order under my order history.

It is very likely possible you may have submitted your order as a guest. If you have the order number, you can add that to your order history once logged in as a customer. 

In order for you to add the order to your order history, please follow these steps.

  1. Login to your account 
  2. Under your Account Dashboard, please select "Assign Order"
  3. As long as you have the full order number, you can add it right there.
