It is very likely possible you may have submitted your order as a guest. If you have the order number, you can add that to your order history once logged in as a customer.
In order for you to add the order to your order history, please follow these steps.
- Login to your account
- Under your Account Dashboard, please select "Assign Order"
- As long as you have the full order number, you can add it right there.
